SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Area Assembly Ascent currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and hand the order to the carrier. Delivery time begins after the order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, order volume, destination, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders of 2 or more sets of ear pads shipped within the United States.
Carriers We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on destination, service selected, and fulfillment availability.
Fulfillment Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment location or fulfillment partners. The carrier and origin location may vary depending on inventory, destination, and order volume.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For order status or shipping questions, contact support@assemblyascent.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Assembly Ascent is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@assemblyascent.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery scan. For damaged items, please include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox or package area, and the carrier. Then contact us and we will help review the situation.
