Returns We want you to love your new ear pads! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, ear pads that have been installed, worn, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return Email support@assemblyascent.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive damaged or defective ear pads, contact support@assemblyascent.com immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
